Scope and limits
Wallet recovery is a common scam category. Lenix only takes cases with clear ownership, documented authorization, and a technical path worth attempting.
We work on wallets you own or are legally authorized to recover — not third-party addresses or credentials obtained without consent.
We review wallet type, backup state, and password hints before scoping paid decryption work. Hopeless cases are declined early.
When access is restored, you transfer funds yourself. Lenix does not take custody of recovered cryptocurrency.
We do not ask for screen sharing, verification deposits, or advance unlock fees — patterns used by fraudulent recovery sites.
Public address only, wallet files bought online, or hardware wallets with lost PIN and no backup are typically not recoverable.
Wallet materials are processed in a defined chain of custody with access controls — not passed through informal channels.

If engaged, decryption runs in a controlled environment. You regain access and move assets on your own schedule.
Technical coverage
Coverage depends on file format, backup completeness, and encryption strength. Confirm yours during intake.
Bitcoin Core, Electrum, MetaMask JSON keystores, Exodus backups, and similar locally encrypted wallet files.
Select cases involving damaged Ledger or Trezor devices where chip data or backups may still yield a recovery path — not lost PIN with zero backup.
Older wallet.dat variants, BIP38-encrypted keys, and enterprise vault exports — assessed individually.
